Implementation and Installation

We kick off the project with the design phase, where we discuss your needs and aspirations for your renovation. This is an exciting part of the project, where we explore spatial layouts and define the overall style vision which guides us throughout the project and identifies product choices suitable for your spaces and budget.

Before undertaking your project it’s essential to brief tradesmen in a clear and consistent manner that reflects the full scope of the works required and the quality of finishes needed so that can provide costs. We create technical specifications with the project requirements that involve spatial planning, joinery, electrical fixings, plumbing fixings and finishes.

During this phase we also start identifying products and materials that will order later on.

Once tradesmen have provided quotes and a timing plan, we provide further support to specify exact positions of lights, electrical outlets, sanitaryware etc. and we finalise product choices and orders, taking product availability, lead-times and any bespoke items into account. Throughout the build we also offer site visits to answer questions that may arise, oversee quality control of construction finishes, and the installation of all products.
